The B386 is a B-road running across the heathland of west Surrey.
The route starts at a roundabout on the A320 south of Chertsey and then proceeds in a westerly direction across Chobham Common.
In Longcross it bears right (the road's only deviation from its 1922 route) to cross a bridge over the M3 before turning left at a roundabout to regain its westerly direction.
Continuing across the Common we intersect the B383 at a roundabout and enter Windlesham over a mile later where the road bends sharply right. It winds its way through the village before ending at a T-junction on the A30.
An amended OpenStreetMap trace for this route awaits uploading to the SABRE Wiki.
