The B367 is a semi-rural B-road just outside the southwest corner of the M25.
It starts on the A245 in West Byfleet and heads south out of town before reaching a T-junction. It TOTSOs left, past signs warning of weight and width restrictions ahead.
The B367 goes through Pyrford, a tiny village consisting of a few houses and a church. The road has to bend sharply to go round the churchyard. A short distance later the road crosses the River Wey and some associated water courses. One of these bridges is sufficiently narrow that it needs to be controlled by traffic lights.
The road then enters the outskirts of Ripley. It turns to head east and continues for about half a mile into the centre of the village. It ends on the B2215 (former A3) after another S1 section.
