The B5466 was a short-lived link road in Irlam in south Lancashire. The road was constructed in the 1990s as part of the A57 Irlam bypass. A few years later Cadishead was also bypassed and it seems that the B5466 number dates to this time. However, the road has since been declassified.
The road started on the B5320 Liverpool Road by Irlam station just south of that road's bridge under the railway line. It headed east along Excalibur Way, which currently zigzags through an industrial estate. After about half a mile the road ended on the A57 bypass.
