The B5441 follows what was originally the route of the A548 and A550 for 4 km northeastward from Queensferry, crossing the River Dee by means of the Jubilee (or "Blue") Bridge.
Starting from a light-controlled junction with the B5129 in the centre of Queensferry, the route first runs, after crossing the Dee, through the suburb of Garden City – where it links to the easternmost section of the A548 (on its way towards Chester) and to the southbound A494 – before continuing along the western edge of the large Deeside Industrial Park to terminate at a second junction with the westbound A548 and northbound A550.
