This article is about the Class III road numbered C104 maintained by North Lanarkshire Council.
For other roads numbered C104, see C104.
For other roads numbered C104, see C104.
The C104 starts on the B7001, Old Edinburgh Road and heads south along Spindlehowe Road to the A721, New Edinburgh Road. It then continues a short distance beyond to a dead end, with the railway bridges now closed to motorised traffic. This is a result of the opening of the M74, where only a pedestrian underpass was provided, thus closing the road. Previously, the route continued south to meet the B756 in Uddingston, but this whole area has been redeveloped, obliterating the old road line.
