The B756 is a short urban B-road in Uddingston, north Lanarkshire.
The route starts at Uddingston Cross, a signalised crossroads on the B7071 (former A74) in Uddingston town centre and heads east along Bellshill Road. The famous Tunnocks Bakery is soon passed on the left, closely hemmed in by shops and churches, but the route becomes more typically residential, with a mixture of old and new homes. The green strip of an old railway line stretches off to the left, and then the route kinks to the left to pass between modern housing estates that back on to the road. Beyond this it goes under the M74 and enters an industrial estate. On the far side the road goes over a railway line and then under another in quick succession, with a few houses between. It is now in Fallside, part of Bellshill and soon meets the A721, New Edinburgh Road, at a signalised crossroads. This is the end of the route, as the road ahead is unclassified. However, a couple of maps, including the current OS Explorer sheet, show the B756 continuing north along Fallside Avenue to meet the B7001. The council lists do not reflect this, so it is presumed to be an error or copyright trap.
