The C18 serves the Gartlea estate to the south of the town centre. It starts at a roundabout junction with the A89 outside Morrisons, and heads south over the railway and past the retail park. It then climbs up Gartlea Road, past houses to a T junction at the top where it swings left onto Gartleahill and drops down to meet South Biggar Road.
