This article is about the Class III road numbered C75 maintained by North Lanarkshire Council.
For other roads numbered C75, see C75.
For other roads numbered C75, see C75.
The C75 is the former line of the A8 through Salsburgh. The A8 was moved to the southern edge of the village in the 1930s when the new Glasgow and Edinburgh Road was built, and has more recently been superseded by the M8 to the north, meaning that the old route is now the B7066. The C75 therefore forks off the B7066 at either end, and follows Springfield Road and Main Street through the older part of the village.
