The C108 is a short road in western Newcastle upon Tyne. It begins on the B6324 Stamfordham Road and heads generally south-west as North Walbottle Road, which acts as a distributor road for a large residential area. As a result, there is little of interest visible from the road, with the exception of a few route confirmation signs including the C108 number. The road heads south, passing over the A69 without a junction, before reaching a T-junction on that road's former route, now the B6528.
The C108 has a short multiplex before resuming its journey southwards at Walbottle Road. After a short wooded section, it passes by Walbottle village green and begins descending towards the River Tyne. It skirts the eastern edge of Newburn before ending at a small roundabout on the A6085.
