||Peel Park - Ravenscliffe
Bolton Junction, Eccleshill
The A6176 is a short A-road to the north of Bradford city centre.
The road starts just to the north of Peel Park at traffic lights where the A6177 ring road TOTSOs. Clockwise A6177 traffic continues straight ahead onto the A6176 Bolton Road. We climb past some suburban houses as we follow a dead-straight route along the side of a hill (the view to the left is occasionally visible).
Presently we reach the southern edge of Eccleshill and the road starts to bend to the right and the housing becomes more utilitarian. We cross a couple of unclassified roads at traffic lights and also meet the D1 unclassified Norman Avenue opposite the library. Now on Pullan Avenue we head eastwards, still dead-straight but now descending. We soon end at an unusually shaped roundabout on the A658 opposite St Luke's church.
