Curzon Circus is Junction 16 of the Birmingham Middle Ring.
There used to be five rows meeting at a junction here. In the 1970s, Lawley Street to the north of here was upgraded to a dual carriageway, and the roundabout was built. Belmont Row was disconnected from the junction. The new Lawley Middleway dual carriageway was later extended south.
