The B6450 was a short link road on Totley Moor in northeast Derbyshire. It was originally unclassified but appears to have gained its number by 1932. The road was upgraded to Class I status in 1999 when the A625 was rerouted along its entire length.
The road started in the middle of nowhere on the moors by turning off the B6055. It headed northeastwards along the largely straight, flat and featureless Stony Ridge Road. Presently the road started to descend and ended at a T-junction on the A625, where traffic would have turned right towards Sheffield.
