The B6425 is a short road to the east of Chesterfield. It was unclassified for many years but gained its number around 1990.
Our route starts immediately north-west of Temple Normanton, at a junction where the westbound B6039 (former A617), Mansfield Road, TOTSOs left. We head north and quickly pass over the current line of the A617, a modern dual carriageway, accessed by a simple diamond junction.
For most of the route, the B6425 runs through open countryside. The end of our road comes quickly, at a signalised junction with the A632. Take a right turn and Arkwright Town is just a few hundred yards away.
An amended OpenStreetMap trace for this route awaits uploading to the SABRE Wiki.
