The B6458 is a short link road in east Midlothian. It was originally unclassified but had gained its number by 1932.
The road starts at a triangular junction on the B6367 just east of the former Tynehead station and heads northeast, following a more-or-less straight road interspersed with the occasional bend. The road passes a few buildings but no places of any size. It's not long before we reach the end of the road at a T-junction on the A68.
