The B6411 is a short, largely urban road in south Yorkshire. It was originally unclassified but gained its number by 1929.
The road starts on the A635 by the war memorial in Hickleton and heads west, soon apparently coming into sight of open fields. We pass a golf course on the right and reclaimed industrial land on the left before going through an industrial estate to enter Thurnscoe, where the road is largely residential.
After going under the Sheffield to Wakefield railway line by Thurnscoe station we continue through the village centre and presently enter open country. There's a short stretch across the fields before we reach Great Houghton, where we climb to end at a T-junction on the B6273.
