The B154 is an L-shaped road in south County Antrim. It was originally unclassified but gained its number in the late 1920s.
The road starts at a TOTSO on the B38 in the hills north of Hannahstown. It briefly runs westwards parallel to that road before striking off northwards across the fields. After a sharp left-hand bend the road descends, steeply at times, for some distance.
Presently we reach Dundrod where we cannon off the B101, both roads having to TOTSO. If we continue ahead we follow that road to Nutts Corner but instead we turn right to remain on the B154. Having finally reached the bottom of its descent the road continues northeastwards across undulating fields, following a largely straight road. After a couple of miles there's a left-hand bend which takes us to a staggered crossroads on the unclassified Ballyhill Road. We continue ahead and soon reach journey's end at a T-junction on the A52.
