The B158 is a short road in central County Tyrone. It was originally unclassified but gained its number in the late 1920s.
The road starts at a roundabout on the B4 on the eastern side of Omagh and heads southeastwards along Donaghanie Road, soon leaving town. For the first couple of miles we follow a similar route to the River Camowen to the right but then a sharp right-hand bend takes us over the river, after which we leave it behind.
We continue southeastwards along a reasonably straight road across open fields but soon there's a detour left to cross a ridge and then descend into Beragh. We run along the western section of Main Street and end when the B46 comes in from the right and takes on the road ahead back to the B4.
