The B3350 is a suburban road in Reading. It was originally unclassified but had gained its number by 1975.

It starts at traffic lights on the A327 by 'The Sportsman' PH and heads northeastwards along the residential Elm Road. After a couple of roundabouts we skirt the grounds of Reading University and continue to follow Wilderness Road into Earley, where we cross the A329 at traffic lights.

Still residential, the road passes the church and then goes over the Reading to Wokingham railway line and then the A3290 immediately after; there's one house in the gap between the two. Presently we bear right at a mini-roundabout and then follow Pitts Lane to end at a large roundabout on the A4. This roundabout has clearly been upgraded over the years and has a petrol station and row of houses in the middle.
