The B3380 was a short link road in the western suburbs of Southampton. The road was originally unclassified but gained its number in the late 1920s.
The road started where the A35 turned from Wimpson Lane onto Redbridge Hill. It headed northeast along the remainder of Wimpson Lane, a residential road, to end on the A3057 Romsey Road.
The A35 here was later renumbered A3067 and then declassified completely in the 1950s. The B3380 lost its number at the same time and is now part of the C500.
