This article is about the original B3350 to the south of Reading.

The B3350 was a short B-road to the south of Reading. The road was originally unclassified, gaining its number in the late 1920s. However, the road was also short-lived and became an extension of the B3349 in 1935; it remains this number.
Starting on the A327 in Shinfield the road followed the River Loddon upstream but not particularly closely. It headed southwest then west across open country to reach Spencers Wood, where it ended on the A32 (renumbered A33 in 1935 and now bypassed). Much of the road has been built up over the years since.
