City of Wolverhampton Council's locally classified U113 is a minor radial route in the southwest of the city, extending from the U112 in Bradmore to the suburb of Merry Hill (not to be confused with the large shopping centre between Dudley and Stourbridge), and then onto the local authority boundary where it has an end-on connection with Staffordshire County Council's C59 which serves the commuter villages of Trysull, Seisdon and Lower Penn.
