This article is about the Class III road numbered C625 maintained by DfI Roads.

For other roads numbered C625, see C625.
The C625 starts on the B4 near Drumnakilly Bridge and heads north west towards the A505. After crossing the A505 the road TOTSOs south west and soon reaches the edge of Omagh as Tirquin Road. Two spurs run along Old Mountfield Road and Knocknamoe Road and return to the A505 from a pair of mini roundabouts. The remainder of the route follows Old Mountfield Road as it passes Glencree Park to meet Gortin Road (B48) at a signal controlled junction, with a spur following St Mary's Road north westwards to meet the same road outside of the town.
