Inchture Junction is a modified Dumbbell Interchange on the A90 serving the small village of Inchture. The majority of the junction lies at the south west corner of the village, roughly at the point where the A90 diverges from its historic route through the village and on to the bypass. There are three sliproads here, serving the westbound carriageway and the eastbound offslip. The eastbound onslip lies almost half a mile to the east at the point where the B953 comes in from the north. There is also a second westbound offslip opposite here, entering directly into the village on the former line of the B953, although there is no bridge at this location. The B953 has therefore been diverted south west alongside the A90 dual carriageway on the purpose built local access connecting road to reach the main junction. It then, rather unexpectedly, doubles back on itself into the village along the former line of the A90 to terminate at the point where the B953 used to meet the A90.
Within the wider confines of this junction, there are also two minor roads, one heading south towards the Firth of Tay to reach the villages of Grange and Errol, while the other heads north west to Ballindean and then Kinnaird.
