Lochlands Junction is where the A932 from Forfar meets the A90 at the south end of the Forfar Bypass.
Lochlands is a T junction, although the presence of an unclassified road (more of a farm track, actually) technically makes it a crossroads. It is no surprise that it is not signed for Forfar if you're northbound on the A90, as the subsequent Glamis Junction is grade-separated and less risky. Southbound on the A90, the junction is signed for Forfar, although chances are if you've passed up the three earlier exits you're probably not about to change your mind.
