The Howe O'Buchan Roundabout lies to the west of Peterhead in Aberdeenshire, where the A950 crosses the A90 bypass. The bypass was built in 1984, dating the roundabout, which is a simple 4-arm junction allowing the two routes to cross roughly at right angles. Each approach is simply marked for a single lane of traffic, but there is enough room for two cars to sit side by side. Upon opening the bypass was numbered as the A952, that route being renumbered as the A90 in 1994.
