Longforgan Junction is a dumbbell junction constructed in the late 1990s to replace at grade junctions on the A90 dual carriageway between Perth and Dundee. It serves the village of Longforgan which was bypassed by the A90 in the 1950s. Prior to the junction being built, the village appears to have had full access, at grade junctions at both ends of the bypass. The modern junction lies a little beyond the former western junction and is a full access Dumbbell interchange which connects together a couple of minor roads on either side. On the south side, these both meet at the roundabout, but for some reason on the northern side a second T junction has been provided a short distance north of the roundabout. At the east end of the village, the westbound offslip has been retained, but all other movements prevented.
