Halbeath Junction, Halbeath Interchange and Crossgates Junction form an interchange complex between the M90, A92 and several more minor roads.
Halbeath Junction
The Halbeath Junction forms junction 3 of the M90 and was previously known locally as the Bells Whisky Roundabout, however the name never appeared on signage, and the highly-visible Bells warehouse is now long gone. The junction consists of a full access roundabout interchange over the M90 motorway with three other exits, all of which are dual carriageways as they lead away from the roundabout. To the east, the A92 begins its journey across Fife, while to the west the A907 heads into Dunfermline. The south western exit is unclassified and leads to the Fife Leisure Park, home to a cinema, bowling centre, restaurants and other similar businesses.
Before the motorway was built, there was no junction here, and only the A907 passed through the area. It approached from the west along Main Street in Halbeath village, the current route a more recent bypass curving round to the north, and then continued east along what is now the line of the A92 into Crossgates. This is therefore the oldest part of the junction complex, opening in on 1 December 1969 with the motorway extension northwards past Dunfermline. The other parts of the junction followed later when the new route of the A92 was built.

Halbeath Interchange
Halbeth Interchange is junction 2A of the M90. It is a simple fork junction with south facing slips for the unsigned A92(M), all other movements being provided for elsewhere in the junction complex. This short spur motorway solely connects the southern arm of the M90 with the eastern arm of the A92, providing a free-flow link for the two busiest movements. It was due to open on 27 March 1998 (per The Gazette).

Crossgates Junction
For other junctions called Cross Gates or Crossgates , see Crossgates.
Crossgates Junction is a limited access roundabout interchange sitting above the A92(M). The junction lies on the former line of the A907, a route which was usurped by the construction of the new line of the A92 across Fife. The old western arm of the A907 is now the dualled A92, while the eastern arm is the B925 leading in to Crossgates village. There are also east facing slips dropping down from the roundabout onto the A92 which ceases to be a motorway spur, instead becoming all purpose as it continues eastwards.
