The A1145 is a short link road in the suburbs of Lowestoft, Suffolk.
It starts at a roundabout on the A146 in the Carlton Colville suburb of Lowestoft. In a few yards another roundabout is reached and the road turns left, now heading east. It forms a throughpass of Lowestoft's western suburbs, with houses on both sides but not connected to the road.
A roundabout gives access to suburbs, then we bend to the left to the road's terminus at another roundabout, where we meet the A12, A1117 and B1384.
