Merrill's Hall Island is a roundabout located on A4124 to the northeast of Wolverhampton city centre. Constructed in the late 1990s along with the Wednesfield Way bypass of A4124, it is a flat roundabout providing a connection from A4124 to the steelworks to the east. It forms a TOTSO for A4124, and marks the point where the Wednesfield Way bypass leaves the alignment of the former Wolverhampton and Walsall Railway.
There is an unused stub exit on the southern side of the roundabout.
