Coseley Road Island is located in Bilston, on the southeast side of Wolverhampton, on A463 Black Country Route, and was constructed in 1988. It marks the western extent of the Bilston Bypass section of A463, and is a flat roundabout junction.
It marks the point where the original route of A463 along Coseley Road crosses the current route. There is a fire station in the southeast corner of the junction.
