The B52 starts on the A10 at St John, and quickly cuts across to the A9, a short distance to the north. The two routes cross with a staggered crossroads, and then the B52 swings east and soon comes to an end at a T junction where the B63 and B67 also terminate, the latter route continuing ahead.
