The C100 runs along the north coast of Jersey to the north of St John village, serving two quarries. It's primary access is via the C101 which leads up from the village. The C100 then heads a short distance to the east to a T junction just beyond Saline Quarry, and much further to the west, winding along the coast to Ronez Quarry. The western end is then at a T junction just beyond with Rue de Sorel, which leads north to Sorel Point and a good view back into the quarry. The road is two-way throughout, and has obviously been improved to accommodate the quarry traffic.
