The C105 starts at a crossroads with the B55 and B56 in the north west of the island and heads north to Plemont Bay. After a couple of zig-zags between field boundaries, it ends at a bus turning loop next to a car park. A road continues steeply down to a small parking area above the bay, with steps linking the main car park with the beach. At low tide, there is an extensive and popular beach here between the cliffs and caves, but it is all under water at high tide. Immediately to the east of the upper car park is the site of the former Pontins camp, which has been closed, burnt down and demolished in recent years.
