The M11 is an unbuilt motorway in Northern Ireland. It was to diverge off the M1 at the edge of Belfast, going round the north of Lisburn before crossing the M1 again where it crosses the Lagan near Moira, passing Craigavon to the south before heading south to Newry.
It was to be the main route to Dublin, bypassing the A1. The motorway wasn't seen as important, being one of the lowest priorities for construction and relied on Craigavon plans for a large new city being built. As such, the A1 was upgraded instead.
