The B3103 was a short link road in Melksham, running along New Broughton Road to cut off the corner between the B3104 and A364 in the town centre.
The road is still marked as a B-road in the 1960s but owing to its short length it is not certain whether it retained the B3103 number throughout.
The road seems to have retained Class II status until the building of the A350 Melksham bypass in the 1960s, after which it became part of the A3102 one-way system, which it remains; it is one-way westbound.
