This article is about the Surrey incarnation of the B3165, formerly the A3012.
For the original and still existing Somerset B3165, see B3165 (Somerset).

The Surrey version of the B3165 is a short road in the west of the county. It was originally numbered A3012 but gained its present number in 1995 following construction of the A331 to the west.
The road starts at a roundabout on the B3166 above North Camp station, on the eastern edge of Farnborough and heads northeastwards along the short Stratford Road. We pass a school and a few houses then bear round to the right as the road becomes more built-up. It's not long before the end of the road is reached at a T-junction on the B3411.
