The B3107 is described in the 1922 Road Lists as Trowbridge (Hill Street and part of Church Street). This very short route started on the A366 Wicker Hill, then went along Hill Street, Back Street, and Church Street to end on the B3106 where that road bore right onto Union Street.
The 1936 1:2,500 Ordnance Survey map of Trowbridge indicates that by this date the route had been renumbered as a branch of the main B3106 whilst the Seventh Series map shows it as unclassified. Hill Street is now part of a rerouted B3106; the rest remains unclassified.
