The B6065 is a short urban B-road in east Sheffield.
Originally the road started on the A616 (now A6135) in Woodthorpe and headed east along Woodhouse Road. However, this section has now been taken over by the B6064 and so the B6065 now starts where that road TOTSOs right onto Normanton Hill whilst our road continues ahead along Richmond Road into the suburb of Richmond. It crosses a bridge over the A57 before reaching a short one-way section. Eastbound traffic bears left into Laverack Street whereas westbound traffic remains on Richmond Road (the original line of the B6065) one block east. Both roads meet the B6200 (pre-bypass A57) at adjacent sets of traffic lights.
There is a short multiplex east down the dual-carriageway B6200 through Handsworth before the B6065 regains its number by turning left at more traffic lights. It continues east along Orgreave Lane to end on the B6066 a short distance further on.
