Staffordshire County Council's locally classified C335 is located between Wolverhampton and Cannock, near to the M6.
It starts at a T-junction with A460, forming half of a staggered junction with the C137. The route heads generally northwards, with its first hundred yards or so being originally classified as part of A460 before that road had a small realignment to its present route. It then heads into the village of Shareshill, before passing out again into rural areas, crossing the M6 at a bridge above Saredon Interchange, the junction between M6 and M6 Toll; and finally terminating on the C153 just east of the hamlet of Calf Heath.
