This article is about the original B4105 in Balsall Common.

For other roads with the same number, see B4105.
The B4105 is described in the 1922 Road Lists as Link at Balsall joining A446 and B4101.
It ran along Balsall Street between the B4101 (which originally turned up Station Road) and the A446 (later A452) on the main Kenilworth Road.
The road was still in existence in the 1960s so it seems that the B4105 number only became redundant when the B4101 was upgraded to Class I status (becoming the A4023) in 1971-72. The new A-road was deliberately rerouted in the Balsall Common area and this took over the entire length of the B4105.
The A4023 became the B4101 again in 1986 with the coming of the M42; the ex-B4105 did not regain its number as the B4101 took over the new route in Balsall Common.
