This article is about the original B4197 between Droitwich and Holt.

The B4197 was the original number of the road to the west of Droitwich.
It started on the B4198 in the centre of town and headed west along Ombersley Street. It crossed the A442 (now A449) in Ombersley itself before crossing the River Severn at Holt and ending on Holt Heath, where it met the A443 and B4196.
The road was upgraded in the late 1920s to the A4133. It remains this number, although the section to the east of the A38 Droitwich western bypass is now unclassified and largely replaced by Ombersley Way.
