The B4199 is a short rural link road in south Shropshire. It is described in the 1922 Road Lists as Buttonbridge - Bradley and its route has remained unchanged since then.
It starts at the B4194 TOTSO to the west of the village of Buttonbridge. After heading west for almost a mile, it ends at a T-junction on the B4363 by Bradley Farm, to the southwest of the village of Kinlet. The road is in the unusual position of going through no places of any size en route, passing very few buildings, and having no public roads, classified or otherwise, meet it except at the ends.
