The B4167 is an urban B-road in the Black Country.
It starts on the B4124 Old Walsall Road, on what is now the border between Sandwell MB and the city of Birmingham. It heads northwest, thus never leaving Sandwell MBC's domain.
The B4167 goes through Hamstead into Newton where it becomes bendier. It ends on the A4041 (former B4149) Newton Road; there is a gap in the central reservation here to allow traffic to turn.
