The B4119 is a short link road in Castle Bromwich. It was originally part of the A47 mainline but gained its current number when the bypass (now renumbered B4114) was built in the 1930s.
The road leaves the B4118 Water Orton Road and heads southeast, following Chester Road for its entire length. The end, after about a quarter of a mile, is at a T-junction on the B4114 Bradford Road.
