For the original A3013 from Ash Vale to Frimley Green in Surrey, see A3013 (Surrey).
The A3013 is an L-shaped A-road in northeast Hampshire, dating from 1992 and the opening of M3 J4A when it took over much of the existing B3014 and the B3013.
The A3013 originally started at a three-armed roundabout on the A327. In 2017, the roundabout was replaced with traffic lights, with the A3013 continuing over the mainline, while the A327 TOTSOs towards Farnborough.
The A3013 curves round to the left and descends to the B3014, meeting that road at a roundabout adjacent to the South Western Main Line. The A3013 now heads west along the original western end of the B3014, initially alongside the railway line but turning away as the northern suburbs of Fleet are met. The road is briefly residential itself and soon reaches a roundabout on the B3013.
The A3013 turns left here and runs southwards along what was the B3013. It passes a golf course to its right before crossing the railway line by Fleet station. The road continues through the suburbs along the dead-straight Fleet Road. The B3010 is met at traffic lights, after which the road runs into the town centre, becoming the main shopping street and so requiring a number of speed bumps. The road ends at traffic lights on the A323.
