The A41 is a short route which runs along the South Bank of the Harbour in Douglas. It starts at a mini roundabout with the A6 at the southern end of Douglas Bridge and heads east along South Quay, with the River Glass immediately to the north. At the next roundabout, the B80 forks right to climb steeply up Fort Anne Road to the Marine Drive, while the A41 continues west to the next roundabout where it meets the A8, which also crosses the river. The rest of the A41 is a dead end, stretching out pas the lifeboat station to the fuel port at the end of the route, although roads continue onto the breakwater and out to the lighthouse on Douglas Head.
