The B64 starts at a 'Roundel Roundabout' on the A11 Harris Promenade and heads west, climbing a little up Church Road Marina. It then makes a sharp left turn around the church, with the B75 quickly turning to the right, and passes under a lofty footbridge which connects the Douglas Museum to the top level of the multi storey car park on the left. Now heading south along Finch Road, some substantial properties, now mostly offices, sit along the left hand side of the road beyond the car park, while more car parking is on the right. This section, after the junction with Christian Road, is one-way south bound, and soon comes to an end at a junction on the A42 outside Tynwald, the seat of the Manx Government.
