The B75 is a short route in Douglas town centre. It starts at a T junction on the B64, Finch Road opposite St Thomas' Church and climbs the tree-lined Crellins Hill between high stone walls. At the top, the Manx Museum sits off to the left, and then the route follows Windsor Road, one of Douglas' many streets of brightly painted terraced housing. Before long, the buildings grow from two to three storeys and shops fill the ground floors. The route then comes to an end at a signalised crossroads on the A42, Bucks Road, with the B74 opposite.
