For the current B15 in Ramsey, see B15 (Isle of Man).
The original B15 started on the A1 on the north side of Braddan Bridge, and headed north along Braddan Road to Strang Crossroads, where it crossed the B14. Continuing north west, on Mount Rule Road, it forked right at a junction with the B16 before dropping into the valley of the River Glass at West Baldwin. It then followed the river upstream to Injebreck. The exact end point of the route is uncertain, nor is it clear why it didn't continue up to the hill road (now the B10) as maps show this as a road at the time.
When it was renumbered, at some point before 1963, the southern part of the route became part of the A23, which continued along the B16 from Mount Rule. The northern section was then renumbered as the B22, which continued up to the B10 at Cronkdoo. More recently, Braddan Road has become part of a greatly extended A6 which now forms a sort of ring road around Douglas.
