B72 (Isle of Man)

The B72 is a short route in central Douglas, following Upper Church Street. It starts at a crossroads with the A45, Circular Road, opposite the B74, Westmoreland Road, and heads south east between tall terraced buildings housing offices and flats. The tree lines churchyard of St Georges Parish Church then sits on the right hand side of the road, with the One-Way B68 coming in along Hill Street opposite. It then resumes running between tall buildings for the final few yards to end on the A43, Athol Street. Here traffic is directed to turn right, as the street is one-way, however, it seems that the very slight dog-leg left onto Church Street, the B62, is also permitted.
